TonCraft builds privacy-first tools. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information. This policy explains what data our tools handle and how we protect your privacy.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

TonCraft tools do not require registration, login, or any personal details. You can use all our tools anonymously. We do NOT collect:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Payment or billing information
• Social media accounts or profiles
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Device identifiers or fingerprints

Usage Data

When you use our tools (like SaveTik), our servers temporarily process the data you submit (such as URLs) to perform the requested operation. This processing is transient:

• No permanent copy of your data is stored
• No record of your activity is retained
• No browsing history is tracked
• Data is deleted immediately after processing

Server Logs

Our servers may record standard HTTP log entries for security and abuse prevention only:

• IP address (for rate limiting and DDoS protection)
• Timestamp of request
• Request path and HTTP method
• User agent string

These logs are retained for no longer than 30 days and are never shared with third parties or used for tracking.

Cookies and Tracking

First-Party Cookies

TonCraft does NOT use first-party cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics platform.

Third-Party Cookies

Some TonCraft tools may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) to support free operation. These ads may use cookies governed by the respective third-party privacy policies:

Third-Party Services

Content Platforms

TonCraft tools may interact with third-party content platforms:

• SaveTik: Retrieves content from Douyin (owned by ByteDance Ltd.)
• We are NOT affiliated with Douyin or ByteDance
• Content is fetched directly from their servers
• Your use of their content is subject to their own terms and privacy policies

Infrastructure Providers

TonCraft uses industry-standard infrastructure providers:

• Cloudflare: CDN and DDoS protection (see Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
• Docker: Containerization technology (runs locally on our servers)

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect data in transit and at rest:

• HTTPS Encryption: All traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3
• Cloudflare Protection: DDoS mitigation and WAF (Web Application Firewall)
• Docker Containerization: Isolated execution environments
• Rate Limiting: Prevents abuse and automated attacks
• No Data Storage: Temporary processing only, no persistent databases

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal information, there is no data to access, correct, or delete. You have the right to:

• Use TonCraft tools completely anonymously
• Block third-party advertising cookies via browser settings
• Use ad blockers (though this affects our ability to provide free tools)
• Request information about our privacy practices

Children's Privacy

TonCraft tools are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

International Users

TonCraft serves users worldwide. Our servers may be located in various jurisdictions. By using our tools, you consent to the transfer of data to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Do Not Track

TonCraft respects Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. Since we don't track users anyway, enabling DNT has no additional effect on our services.
